If you're trying to lose body fat, build muscle or simply stay fuller for longer, starting your day with a high-protein breakfast can make a huge difference.
Protein helps support muscle growth, keeps you satisfied and can make it easier to manage hunger throughout the day.
Here are six of my favourite high-protein breakfasts that are simple, delicious and perfect for busy mornings.

5. Protein Pancakes

6. Smoked Salmon Bagel

30g light cream cheese
Rocket leaves

Toast the bagel, spread cream cheese and add salmon and rocket.
Breakfast doesn't need to be complicated. Aim to include a quality protein source, find options you genuinely enjoy and focus on consistency rather than perfection. Small habits repeated daily can have a huge impact on your results over time.
